The health and safety of our guests is our highest priority. In addition to the currently valid guidelines of the Federal Government of Austria, additional measures adapted to the latest findings were developed. This is to ensure that you can enjoy your vacation at the Hahnenkamm Lodge Kitzbühel to the fullest and most importantly WITH SAFETY!

• Unique & quiet location in the middle of the Kitzbühel ski area and directly on the slopes. The Lodge is located on the mountain top of the Hahnenkamm and therefore you start your skiing day from the pole position. You are the first at the lift at over 1.500m and you don’t have to use any access cableways from the valley. In summer you can start your own mountain adventure directly from the Hahnenkamm Lodge.
• Only exclusively bookable: The Hahnenkamm Lodge is the perfect place for your luxurious vacation with family or friends. There will be no other guests in the lodge during your stay. Only you and the 5-member lodge team have access to the Hahnenkamm Lodge. Therefore we guarantee you absolute privacy and highest possible safety in one of the best ski chalets in the Alps.
• Comprehensive hygiene concept: Detailed hygiene protocols, thorough disinfection of the suites after each stay, disinfectant dispensers at all important places, etc.
• Ongoing voluntary testing of all lodge staff
• Test possibility for our guests directly in the Lodge if requested

Should the Hahnenkamm Lodge or the Kitzbühel Ski Resort be closed in connection with COVID-19, no cancellation fees will be charged, the deposit will be returned or credited as a deposit for your next stay. The same applies if you cannot travel due to travel restrictions of the Austrian Federal Government. If you have tested positive for COVID-19 (presentation of the official test result is required), we will gladly offer you an alternative travel date in the following season. Otherwise, the cancellation conditions apply according to the general terms of business.
